We trust you will be happy with your Pip & Bop Collection purchase, in the case you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we do have a returns policy and guidelines in place.
All items are thoroughly checked before sending, however in the remote event you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org we will replace those goods if they are returned to us within 14days of purchase.
Please detail the fault, attach photos showing the problem and include your contact details. We will be in contact shortly.
Please Note: Normal wear and tear is not covered under the Consumers Guarantees Act and is not then covered by our returns policy.
Our returns and exchange policy is for sales through www.pipandbop.nz only.
- For Incorrect choice of purchase or change of mind with will be no refund.
- Pip & Bop will not be responsible for any items returned that are not returned in new condition.
- Full-priced items can be returned for either a full refund or an exchange.
- We must receive the items within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The cost of returning an item for refund or exchange is at your expense.
- If a refund is made, it will be made to the original purchases credit card or Paypal account, less the shipping cost.
- If an exchange is requested, you will incur the new shipping cost.
- To help process your refund or exchange quickly, please include the original invoice that comes with the shipment, and details about the return/exchange.
- We cannot refund any shipping or customs charges.
- Sales items are final, no exchanges or credit notes issued.
